Kate would be so cute in a pettiskirt, especially now that she can walk. Good luck watching your two mobile children.
Adorable......can't imagine sewing 9 yards of slippery fabric, though, so I'd have to chip in for the ready made! (25 years ago I would have thought it a fun challenge to make.....times have changed! Sad.)
