Nana and Gramps

 My parents came for a visit this past weekend. Almost every single second of their stay was spent either consuming or burning calories in mass amounts.

Consumption: Goode Co. BBQ

 More consumption: Crave Cupcakes

 We did have the sense to cleanse a bit with green monster smoothies for breakfast a couple of times.

 Burning: wrestling

Scolding Gramps for being too rough. (there was also a time when Gramps was sent, by Ethan, to time out for being rough. Never mind that Gramps probably went home covered head to toe in bruises from the jumping and smacking that was done in his direction)

 And still more burning: Ethan was riding his bike, we were standing on the sun in the Texas heat.

 And one more: soccer game.
