We were playing in the front yard this afternoon, when a lady power-walking walks by us in in the street. Ethan YELLS at her, while pointing at her, “Be careful! Stay on Sidewalk! Big cars go fast!”
Also, thankfully, she had her earphones in and didn’t hear a word.

That is what I was thinking! I am so happy and I bet you guys are ecstatic about a house and yard. We will have to come up and hang out in your new stompin grounds! How exciting. I am so happy for ya'll!
